With customers shifting to eCommerce this year, shipping carriers in North America are struggling to process all the incoming orders. Some of the carriers are limiting the daily number of packages they accept from a customer, and millions of shipments are stuck in distribution centers.
We're doing our best to get your orders out on time, but once they're in the hands of the carriers, it's up to their sorting center capacity. We see that the order deadlines provided by our carriers aren't fully reliable anymore, which means that sadly some of your holiday orders might not arrive on time even though they were submitted and fulfilled on time. DOMESTIC U.S SHIPPING: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Fees are non - refundable. Customers may also have to pay customs and/or duties to receive the package. Custom charges are one of the unfortunate realities of international shipping. Labeling a package as a gift when it is in fact a product is considered falsifying and against the law. Please be familiar with your countries custom fees. SOA will not cover custom fees. SOA will not cover any return shipping fees on items ordered incorrectly unless it is at the fault of SOA.
USPS First Class International Mail (up to 12 weeks) / Price will vary based on weight and quantity.
USPS International Priority Mail (typically between 6-10 days) / Price will vary based on weight and quantity.
After an order ships, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent to the email address provided in the order. This email will include a mail issued tracking number. If you do not see it, please check spam or junk folder. Tracking will not update for International Mail once the package has left the U.S.
MISSING or STOLEN MAIL:
SOA will not take responsibility for items that are stolen from a customer's property.
Missing Mail: If you think your order is missing, please contact your local P.O and provide them with the tracking and contact our customer service department. SOA will not reship an item until the package has been "missing" for at least 10 days after the last update on the tracking number.
