Shipping policy

Reminder: Shipping dates are not 100% guaranteed and delays may occur with the shipping carrier. 

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of original order date from Texas. Expect delays on or around holidays. Expect shipping delays for custom shirt requests due to sourcing shirt color/style. 

 

DOMESTIC U.S SHIPPING: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Days
UPS Overnight (Domestic Only. Saturday Excluded)
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Fees are non - refundable. Customers may also have to pay customs and/or duties to receive the package. Please be familiar with your countries custom fees. SOA will not cover custom fees. 

USPS First Class International Mail (up to 12 weeks) / Price will vary based on weight and quantity. 

USPS International Priority Mail (typically between 6-10 days) / Price will very based on weight and quantity. 

 

TRACKING: 

After an order ships, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent to the email address provided in the order. This email will include a mail issued tracking number. If you do not see it, please check spam or junk folder. Tracking will not update for International Mail once the package has left the U.S. 

 

MISSING or STOLEN MAIL: 

SOA will not take responsibility for items that are stolen from a customer's property. 

Missing Mail: If you think your order is missing, please contact your local P.O and provide them with the tracking and contact our customer service department. SOA will not reship an item until the package has been "missing" for at least 10 days after the last update on the tracking number. ACY & TERMS
